Each license is for a single, named developer. The named developer can install and use
Iron Speed Designer on one computer at a time.

What you get
- There are no run-time license fees, copyright or usage restrictions for applications built with Iron Speed Designer!
- All new software releases for the first 90 days after purchasing a new software license.
- Each license permits only one named developer.
- Iron Speed Designer is delivered online in electronic format only. No physical box or disk
will be shipped.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please evaluate our Free Edition before buying.
We also provide free technical support for 15 days the first time you use Free Edition.
Software Installations
- Installations may be activated and deactivated to move from machine to machine.

| Iron Speed Designer Software Update Subscription |
A software update subscription ensures you always have the most current release of
Iron Speed Designer during the term of your subscription.
What you get
- Receive all versions released during your subscription period.
- You can use each software release perpetually. However, a software update subscription guarantees
you'll receive new features and bug fixes when they're released.
- Note: You will not be able to activate new versions released after your subscription expires.
Subscription term
- Your subscription period begins when you order and includes the current shipping version
of Iron Speed Designer.
- You can renew your subscription anytime. If you have a currently active
subscription, we'll append your new subscription to the existing one so they flow 'back to back'.
- Synchronizing multiple subscriptions. Contact us for a custom quote if you'd like to synchronize
multiple subscriptions so they end on the same date.

| Multi-Seat Orders |

Discounts offered on multiple seat purchases apply to the individual purchase and may only be taken
at the order. Multi-seat pricing is not cumulative across multiple purchases.
