You purchased one license of Professional Edition for $995.00 and would like to upgrade to one
license of Enterprise Edition with an annual software upadate and technical support subscription
which is regularly $3,495.00. You purchased your original Professional Edition license 95 days
ago. You may apply a 20% discount to your Enterprise Edition price.
Regular Cost: $3,495.00
Your upgrade cost: $2,796.00
You save $699.00

Receive credit for 90% of your Professional Edition purchase price if you upgrade to the
same level of Enterprise Edition or higher. You must upgrade within 90 days of purchasing
your Professional Edition license.

Note: The pricing used in these examples is meant to serve as a guideline; actual prices
will be calculated using the original acquisition cost for each individual license.

Example: 90/90 Upgrade
You purchased one license of Professional Edition with annual software update subscription
for $1,295.00 and would like to upgrade to one license of Enterprise Edition with
annual software upadate and technical support subscriptions which is regularly $3,495.00. You
purchased your original Professional Edition license 30 days ago. Take 90% off your original cost
and apply it toward your new amount.
Regular Cost: $3,495.00
Your upgrade cost: $2,329.50 ($3,495.00 minus 90% of $1,295.00)
You save $1,165.50!

When you upgrade from Professional Edition to Enterprise Edition, your software update and
technical support subscription periods will be reset, if applicable.
