- Analysis & Reporting Systems
Michael has extensive experience designing and developing web based decision support systems leveraging the power and flexibility of SQL Server Analysis Services, ASP.Net, and various third-party OLAP presentation and charting components. In the Telecom sector, Michael has architected and built web-based reporting systems to interface with CopperCom’s CSX2100 telecom switch, Highland Lakes Financial’s telecom billing system, and Daleen’s Billplex billing system.
- Web Application Design/Development
Michael has designed and developed various web-based applications including customer relations management and trouble ticketing systems, on-line billing, bibliographical reference storage and retrieval, and a variety of web-enabled reporting and charting applications.
- Extraction, Transformation, and Loading
Michael has broad experience in the design and development of SQL Server Data Transformation Systems (DTS) and Integration Services (SSIS) packages. He regularly works with the extraction and transformation of data files in a variety of formats.
