Inside Sales Represenative |
We are looking for multiple, talented Inside Sales Representatives to
follow up on leads, answer calls from customers and close business. These
individuals interface with all departments within Iron Speed and should
have a can do attitude and eagerness to jump in and do whatever pops up.
Iron Speed, Inc. produces Iron Speed Designer, a software tool for
developing and deploying enterprise-class web service applications.
Designer dramatically reduces application development time, freeing
developers to focus on customization and integration.
We are a well-funded startup with an experienced management team.
We are located in San Jose, California.

Primary Job Responsibilities |
 | Contact and provide information to IT decision makers in companies of all sizes |
 | High volume of phone and email activity to generate dependable pipeline |
 | Front line contact with prospects and leads |
 | Quick study on technical elements of software |
 | Maintain accurate records and data on clients |
 | Develop and maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to help customers succeed with our products |
 | Support V.P. Sales on special projects |
 | Regularly develop and submit accurate forecasts and reports as required |

Job Requirements |
 | Minimum 2 years Inside Sales experience in the software development tools industry, with proven success selling to the IT audience |
 | Dynamic self-starter |
 | Confidence in overcoming sales objections and turning interest into sales |
 | Detail oriented, technical proficiency, aptitude for learning new things quickly |
 | Solid track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas |
 | Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor |
 | Knowledge of sales procedures, practices and techniques |
 | Proven ability to succeed with minimal supervision in a demanding startup sales environment |
 | Technology and computer literacy required. Proficient in a variety of software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint |
 | Successful candidate will apply their organizational skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail in this sales position |
