FieldValue Display Format Properties

Display format properties specify a field’s display format, typically for numbers and dates.

Display format properties customize individual fields for both display and editing purposes.

Options	Description
Visible	Indicates whether the field is displayed on the page and visible to application users. Fields that are not visible may still participate in field-level activities, such as initial value setting, saving field data to the database, etc.
Required	Indicates that the field is required. If selected, an application user must provide a value for the field when using the Add Record or Edit Record pages.
Display format	The display format specifies a field’s display format, typically for numbers and dates.
