Smooth Panel Updating Added

Ajax-based smooth panel updating is added to Table and Record panels. This eliminates the ‘postback flicker’ caused when a page is posted back to the server and re-displayed in the web browser. Instead, table and record panels are updated in place.

Migration effects

During migration, a set of pass-through attributes are added to Table and Record controls that govern the Ajax-based smooth panel updating.

What you should do

Nothing. Iron Speed Designer updates your application automatically. You can control smooth panel updating on a control-by-control basis by adjusting the pass-through attributes in the Page Properties dialog for individual controls. You can globally disable smooth panel updating via the Application Generation Options dialog (Tools, Application Generation Options…) in Iron Speed Designer.
