users may override this order when they click on a table column heading to sort
the table a different way.

Default sort order
When the table is
initially displayed, the data is sorted according to the Default Sort
Order. Application users may change this
sort order by clicking on any of the table’s sortable column headings.
Secondary sort order
When the table is
initially displayed, the Secondary Sort Order is applied after the Default
Sort Order. Application users may
change this sort order by clicking on any of the table’s sortable column
headings.
