Web.config Updated

On certain pages that shows many records, you might get runtime error, To fix the error, two keys aspnet:MaxHttpCollectionKeys and aspnet:MaxJsonDeserializerMembers are added to web.config.  For information, visit http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh975440.aspx   

Migration effects

During migration, aspnet:MaxHttpCollectionKeys and aspnet:MaxJsonDeserializerMembers are added to web.config.
