Unable to open Web project

Problem

You get this error when building your application in Iron Speed Designer:

Unable to open Web project ‘XXX’. The file path ‘YYY’ does not correspond to the URL ‘ZZZ’. The two need to map to the same server location. HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized
