The error was Unable to GetCount

Problem

You get this error when running Iron Speed Designer:

There was an error creating the application. The error was Unable to GetCount. Unable to connect to database. No error information available: 0x800401F9.

This problem generally occurs when your MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) installation has been corrupted.

We suggest reinstalling the latest version of MDAC.
