Provider requires Anonymous authentication, therefore during development application running within Iron Speed Designer using IIS Express or IIS must have Anonymous authentication set to true. Additionally after deployment please sure to have only Anonymous authentication enabled for Restful Provider. You might need Windows authentication enabled for Consumer though.
