Project file for presentation layer updated

New features, lost password retrieval, mobile application generation, and new rich text editor suppothave been added.  Existing feature, export to Excel/CSV has been changed.  Therefore, project file for presentation layer are updated to refer to:

• NPOI.dll

• Recaptcha.dll

• Shared/ForbiddenMobile.aspx.cs(vb)

• Shared/ForbiddenMobile.aspx

• Shared/CustomEditor.cs(vb)

• Shared/HTMLEditor.cs(vb)

Migration effects

During migration, project file for presentation layer is updated.
