When you create Deployment folder, you might get error about circulate reference. To resolve the error, we have changed the way to specify master pages for ConfigureAddRecordPopup and Forbidden pages.
ConfigureAddRecordPopup.aspx, Forbidden.aspx, and Forbidden.aspx.vb(cs) are deleted during migration. When the application is built, these files are regenerated.
After migration, re-apply any customizations you may have made to the original files.
