Applications have not been formally certified to run under Firefox. However, most applications should run properly. Several advanced features may not be fully supported.
For Firefox 3, Mozilla has changed/defaulted the browser attribute "dom.disable_window_open_feature.location" to "true". This was probably done for security reasons (i.e., to prevent website spoofing). Because of this any "location" attribute specified in the window.open() function call to open a popup window is ignored. Thus the address bar will always be displayed unless the user explicitly reconfigures his/her browser. There is nothing Iron Speed Designer can do to change this browser behavior of the browser.
The FireFox browser does not support scrolling table panels. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, the header row is fixed and the underlying table rows can be scrolled vertically to view additional rows. However, in Firefox, this implementation results in the misalignment of header cells and their associated child cells; additionally, the table rows do not scroll. If a significant proportion of your audience uses Firefox, we recommend using the “regular” Table Report and Edit Table panels instead of the scrolling table panels.
